1/2 teaspoon ras el hanout
1-2 salted anchovies
handful chopped red russian kale
Been getting a lot of work out of the ol’ dutch oven this week. First up, duck legs in orange juice and five spice, with extra star anise, served with steamed greens and bok choy. Next, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with garlic and rosemary, which I then fried to make a pseudo-souvlaki (seen here BEFORE being dowsed in homemade tzatsiki).
Pulled pork from the meat counter (local burger joint).
It’s not summer, but I don’t care. It’s sunny so I’m making spicy Thai salads.
